Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. A flat $10 return shipping fee applies.

To start a return, log into your account, find the order, and initiate a return. We'll send you a shipping label once your return is approved.

Damaged or Wrong Items Inspect your order upon arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@clubpartner.org so we can make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
