Club Condition

  • At Club Partner, we work very hard to accurately represent the condition of the clubs we are selling. All pictures are of the actual clubs you will receive
  • If you have a question about a club, please send us an email at clubpartner01@gmail.com (please include a link to the club you are referring to in your email)

Shipping

  • Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be shipped within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday
  • Free Shipping on orders over $40
  • Primary shipping service is UPS ground

Returns

  • Returns available within 14 days of receiving the item
  • Buyer pays return shipping
  • All items are shipped with insurance, so if your item is damaged in transit you are eligible for a full refund
  • Please notify us within 24 hours if your item arrives damaged: clubpartner01@gmail.com

Trade-Ins

  • Some club conditions may not qualify for trade in. Make sure that your clubs qualify by checking out our Unacceptable Club Conditions
  • If you are located in the Dayton/Cincinnati area, you may qualify for pickup. What this means is after you checkout, if we see that the address you have provided is within driving distance for us, we will contact you to arrange a time to come pick up your clubs (for free)
  • If you indicate that you need to be provided shipping shipping supplies at checkout, $10 will be deducted from the credit that you receive for your clubs. This is just to cover the cost of the box and the shipping of the materials to you
  • Proceeds from your clubs will be available in the form of golf shop credit to your designated golf club. This golf shop credit will be available for you to use once we receive your clubs and can verify everything is correct and there are no significant damages or issues with your club(s)
  • If we do need to send your clubs back to you, you will be notified via email and we will return them to you free of charge
  • The amount you see at checkout is the amount you will get once we receive and verify your clubs
  • Shipping labels to mail your clubs to us will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout within 1 business day
  • Our service is zero cost to you and all shipping labels will be provided for free
  • If you fail to send us the clubs you placed an order for and we have sent you the shipping label, you will be charged the cost of the shipping label
